A net of Scenarios

Studio Brynjar & Veronika reflect on the value of 'creating'. The designers show how enjoyable and important it is to create something by hand, bringing together materials and techniques from the Zuiderzee Museum to form collections that make us look differently at these everyday items. A piece of rope takes on its own beauty; the same is true of a carpentry or knotting technique. Exhibited with pictures, sketches and small assignments for the artisans, they form what is almost a poem. This film was made within the context of the exhibition Studio ZZM from 1 April 2017 to 6 May 2018 in Zuiderzee Museum.
