Everywhere is within floating distance if you have the time

In days gone by, the artisans of the Zuiderzee region worked together very naturally. But collaboration is a skill that has largely been lost, now that so much is produced by anonymous workers in huge factories. Maki Suzuki of designers' collective Åbäke challenged the artisans of the Zuiderzee Museum to make a boat, which meant they needed to work together. This film was made within the context of the exhibition Studio ZZM from 1 April 2017 to 6 May 2018 in Zuiderzee Museum.
